What You'll Do
Over two years, you'll rotate through key supply chain functions including sourcing, materials management, logistics, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. You'll engage in real-world projects that address critical business needs, working alongside cross-functional teams to drive measurable results. Through structured learning and on-the-job experience, you'll build expertise in supply chain systems, process optimization, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.
You'll participate in a comprehensive training curriculum featuring certifications in LEAN Six Sigma and APICS, equipping you with industry-recognized credentials. Regular coaching and mentorship support your growth, while opportunities to lead initiatives with peers help strengthen leadership capabilities. You'll also connect with business leaders globally, expanding your network and understanding of international operations.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; business knowledge is a plus
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication abilities
- Willingness to work in one of the following cities: Shanghai, Suzhou, Tianjin, Beijing, or Changzhou
- Eligibility to work in the country without sponsorship or time limitations
