Kognitos is hiring an Area Vice President - Northeast to own and lead our growth strategy in the region. You will define the go-to-market execution, drive enterprise customer acquisition and expansion, and serve as a key voice in shaping sales strategy across the company.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the regional business strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify, target, and engage high-value enterprise accounts across manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, insurance, and tech.
- Develop long-term regional growth plans in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships with operations, IT, engineering, and transformation leaders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, uncovering complex business challenges and designing automation solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Represent Kognitos at industry events, conferences, and strategic networking opportunities.
- Drive the full sales cycle on strategic deals while supporting Account Executives and Solutions teams.
- Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure tailored solutions and successful adoption.
- Forecast accurately and manage regional pipeline health to deliver predictable results.
- Stay ahead of trends in AI, automation, and enterprise transformation impacting the Northeast.
- Influence product direction with market feedback and competitive intelligence.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
- 5+ years in a regional or area leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in enterprise markets.
- Deep understanding of the Northeast enterprise landscape and established executive network.
- Experience selling automation, SaaS, AI, or enterprise platforms into multiple verticals.
- Strong consultative selling, executive communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Background in digital transformation, RPA, or business process improvement.
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
