ALUMIL is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee and develop the sales team and operations within a designated area. This role is pivotal for leading the local team, managing critical client relationships, and owning the financial performance of the area.
What You'll Do
- Select, lead, and develop the area sales team.
- Systematically visit clients and colleagues, monitoring specific customers, key partners, and significant projects.
- Comply with established departmental operating procedures.
- Be responsible for the company's expenses, sales, profits, and turnover within your area.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of market conditions, competitors, potential clients, and trends using primary and secondary sources.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service position.
- Experience in a similar role and in partner management.
- Experience and knowledge of the company's operating procedures, particularly within sales.
- Degree in Engineering, Graduate of Polytechnic or an Economic university.
- Holder of a postgraduate degree.
- Excellent knowledge of electronic software packages.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Fundamental knowledge of Finance.
