What You'll Do
Take ownership of sales performance across the Southeast region by identifying new business opportunities and building trusted relationships with key decision-makers. Use a mix of in-person visits, phone outreach, and digital communication to engage prospective clients and guide them through a consultative sales process. Focus on understanding customer needs, addressing challenges, and demonstrating how the technology delivers measurable results.
Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and remote demonstrations, clearly conveying clinical benefits and technical advantages. Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records, ensuring visibility into pipeline health and sales progress. Travel frequently across the territory, including evenings and weekends when necessary, to meet client demands and maximize face time.
Requirements
- Sell capital equipment with a history of exceeding targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- 5–10+ years of experience in aesthetics, medical devices, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to generate high-volume leads and manage a disciplined sales pipeline
- Strong grasp of industry challenges and customer pain points
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel 50–75% of the time, including some weekends and evenings
- Physical ability to transport equipment up to 50 lbs and operate in clinical or mobile demo environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks, including forecasting and expense reporting
