Stephan Gräfer HR Consulting is hiring an Area Sales Manager Poland (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect intensively to strengthen the customer base, convert prospects into customers and develop sales
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers (from key accounts to SMEs)
  • Manage and develop the network of OEM’s & Integrated System Suppliers
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new development opportunities and growth areas
  • Work closely with the sales and technical team to ensure excellent customer service and profitable business growth
  • Participate in trade shows on a regular basis
  • Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (sales growth, profit, volume, margin, KPI effectiveness)
  • Regular exchange with your colleagues from technology and product development in Germany, UK and the USA
  • Technical advice to customers and sales partners (more in-depth advice is provided by application engineers / technicians)

  • Business fluent or mother tongue Polish
  • Good knowledge of English is imperative
