Responsibilities
- Prospect intensively to strengthen the customer base, convert prospects into customers and develop sales
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers (from key accounts to SMEs)
- Manage and develop the network of OEM’s & Integrated System Suppliers
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new development opportunities and growth areas
- Work closely with the sales and technical team to ensure excellent customer service and profitable business growth
- Participate in trade shows on a regular basis
- Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (sales growth, profit, volume, margin, KPI effectiveness)
- Regular exchange with your colleagues from technology and product development in Germany, UK and the USA
- Technical advice to customers and sales partners (more in-depth advice is provided by application engineers / technicians)
