About the Role

Lead sales performance in the Benelux market by taking ownership of commercial targets and driving sustainable growth. You'll manage the complete sales cycle—from initial prospecting to order closure—while developing deep customer relationships and identifying new opportunities within your territory.

What You'll Do

Take responsibility for market share and sales performance, using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend effective solutions. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain a visible presence in the region to stay informed about market dynamics, competitor activity, and industry trends. Proactively plan and manage your sales pipeline using structured tools and methodologies.

Organize and lead promotional activities such as product demonstrations, reference visits, webinars, and open events to generate interest and build momentum. Collaborate closely with presales engineering and internal teams to ensure accurate transfer of technical and customer information. Deliver high-quality handovers to sales administration and project management, supporting seamless transitions post-sale.

Align your local strategy with broader business goals, reporting insights from the field to help shape product and market development. Support internal coordination, documentation, and customer engagement initiatives while adhering to compliance, quality, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage all or part of a country within a defined market segment
  • Experience in consultative selling and full-cycle sales management
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to planning and pipeline development

Job Description: As part of our continued growth across Europe, we are now looking for an O2C (Order-To-Cash) Billing & Master Data Specialist to join our operations at our Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Belgrade. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate revenue processes, compliant invoicing, and strong audit readiness across our New Markets at TOMRA Collection.As a Billing & Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end billing cycle and the quality of financial master data that underpins TOMRA’s revenue processes.
