About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts across designated geographic regions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Prepare and implement regional sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs
- Conduct regular field visits to client locations
- Deliver product presentations and sales pitches
- Track and report on key sales metrics
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Support onboarding of new customers
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
- Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
- Adhere to company sales policies and procedures
- Provide input on pricing and product offerings
- Assist in forecasting regional sales volumes
- Train and mentor junior sales staff when required
- Respond to customer concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain awareness of competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
- Drive customer retention through consistent engagement
