Role Overview
The Area Retail Associate plays a key support role in maintaining high retail standards across multiple PUMA stores in the Hyderabad region. Working closely with the Area Sales Manager, this position ensures operational consistency, brand alignment, and sales growth through hands-on engagement with store teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations in SIS stores, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor store-level KPIs and prepare performance summaries for management review.
- Deliver on-floor training to retail staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular audits of visual merchandising setups and recommend improvements to maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to roll out seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and display updates.
- Assist in inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Analyze sales data to identify product trends, rebalance stock across stores, and report inventory discrepancies.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to store associates to support individual and team goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, with a proven ability to work independently across multiple locations. This role requires regular travel within Hyderabad and flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods. Prior experience managing multi-store operations or supervisory responsibilities is preferred. A graduate degree in Business, Retail, or Marketing is an added advantage.
