Responsibilities
- Compose, input, and interpret written materials between Arabic and English
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments
- Respond to phone inquiries, emails, and written correspondence with professionalism
- Generate reports, internal memos, and formal communications
- Keep office records and contact lists updated and systematically arranged
- Assist leadership with day-to-day tasks and tracking pending actions
- Enable clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
