Responsibilities

  • Compose, input, and interpret written materials between Arabic and English
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments
  • Respond to phone inquiries, emails, and written correspondence with professionalism
  • Generate reports, internal memos, and formal communications
  • Keep office records and contact lists updated and systematically arranged
  • Assist leadership with day-to-day tasks and tracking pending actions
  • Enable clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
