Liberty Music PR is looking for a freelance A&R Outbound Sales Executive to discover and nurture new musical talent, pitch our PR services, and secure new business. You will be a key talent scout and relationship builder, representing our mission to empower artist independence.
What You'll Do
- Identify and source new artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media.
- Set up and execute the initial pitch to artists showcasing PR services and benefits.
- Close deals with artists, labels, and managers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for artists, guiding them through the PR process.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with artists.
- Communicate artist needs and campaign details to team members.
- Add leads to the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about latest trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok.
What We're Looking For
- A strong passion for music.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in lead generation and prospecting.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
- The ability to set and follow your own daily routines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the music industry.
- Experience with CRM systems.
