Mod Op is hiring an Account Manager - Creative to cultivate enduring client relationships and drive innovation. In this role, you will be the key intermediary between our clients and our creative team, focused on crafting unforgettable experiences and nurturing lasting connections.
What You'll Do
- Grow and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage day-to-day social and digital efforts for clients.
- Act as the client's righthand person, getting to know their business inside and out.
- Identify opportunities and solve problems proactively.
- Prepare client presentations, present results, and attend meetings.
- Oversee multiple projects from information gathering and budgeting to scheduling, trafficking, and final delivery.
- Brief, organize, and provide information to internal teams.
- Manage projects and client feedback using tools like Jira and Airtable.
What We're Looking For
- MUST BE LOCATED IN THE GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years of account management experience in an agency or client marketing role.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate detail work.
- Good understanding of marketing strategy fundamentals.
- Ability to distill patterns, trends, and insights into actionable opportunities.
- Proven ability to expand relationships with clients.
- Collaborative work style.
- Lifelong learner who is always curious and a good researcher.
- Responsive, excellent listener, and empathetic.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience in agency account management.
- Experience across the spectrum of marketing communications disciplines.
- Experience in creating, controlling, and maintaining budgets.
- Prior experience working with Social, Gaming, and/or Pop-Culture clients.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Airtable.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
