Crystalia Glass LLC is hiring a Head of Sales (US Market) to lead our commercial strategy and execution. This remote, full-time position requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement sales plans, analyze key metrics, coach a team, and manage daily trading operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals, prioritizing key market segments to increase revenue.
- Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities, reporting findings to senior management.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and set goals to ensure targets are exceeded.
- Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any operational issues.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring alignment with company values and priorities.
- Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on improvements and growth opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven B2B/B2C sales experience with a track record of success.
- Proven experience in sales within the United States market.
- Fluent English (C1–C2) proficiency.
- Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Inflow, or similar).
- Experience in building a sales department from the ground up.
- Digitally savvy with strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast sales and performance.
- Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Results-driven, accountable, and effective in managing change.
