Hireframe is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to join our finance team. You will apply your expertise in AR processes to ensure accurate cash application and provide exemplary service to internal and external stakeholders. This is a permanent remote position operating during standard U.S. business hours.

What You'll Do

Ensure performance meets or exceeds standard level agreements (SLAs)
Process customer refunds and manage the internal help desk
Input pertinent payment information into internal systems and respond to inquiries promptly
Identify short payments for collector review and research unresolved cash applications
Create inter-company journal entries, complete applications, and reconcile cash received
Own customer communications and issues from initial contact through to resolution
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimized results
Maintain the unapplied cash position at a minimum and address system sync issues
Perform other related duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

1-2+ years of finance or accounting experience in Accounts Receivable
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Skilled user of Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional service

Nice to Have

Experience with NetSuite and/or HighRadius
