Work within the User Research team to support key projects by applying research methods and contributing to UX initiatives. Collaborate with experienced professionals to explore user behavior, motivations, and needs in a creative and fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Use research techniques such as interviews, focus groups, and surveys to assess user needs
- Help analyze qualitative and quantitative data collected from usability testing
- Investigate and assess different methods for collecting user feedback and insights
- Carry out ongoing monitoring of UX research practices and conduct benchmarking activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program focused on UX Design, UX Research, Ergonomics, or a related field with UX research components
- Enthusiastic about sports and mobile applications
- Detail-oriented, structured, and self-driven
- Possess strong communication abilities and thrive in collaborative environments
- Fluent in English
