What You'll Do
Take ownership of designing and delivering intricate gameplay features for one of the most respected football management franchises. You'll lead the development of simulation systems from concept through to release, ensuring depth, authenticity, and player engagement. Work closely with creative leads to define feature objectives, player outcomes, and success metrics, while aligning design vision across disciplines.
Collaborate with UI/UX and narrative designers during early concept phases, and produce clear, detailed documentation to guide engineering, QA, and communications teams. Proactively assess design risks and opportunities, proposing refinements that elevate the overall experience. Contribute strategic ideas to the long-term evolution of the game, helping shape the feature roadmap through data-informed proposals.
Guide prototyping efforts, refine test plans, and support iterative development using analytics and user feedback. When needed, implement and balance game content directly in Unity. Share knowledge and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
