Responsibilities
- Support licensed electricians and supervisors in installing conduit systems including EMT, RMC, and IMC
- Assemble and secure cable trays and associated support structures
- Mount electrical components such as panels, devices, and equipment as directed
- Assist with wire pulling and termination tasks under supervision
- Install grounding and bonding systems according to specifications
- Prepare and organize materials and work areas on site
- Provide support in electrical rooms, data halls, and auxiliary spaces
- Keep sensitive data center environments clean and orderly
- Adhere to strict access controls, cleanliness protocols, and work order procedures
- Engage fully in formal apprenticeship training through IEC or a comparable program
- Build proficiency in electrical tools, techniques, and code standards
- Respond constructively to guidance from experienced electricians and leads
- Advance toward journeyman certification in line with program requirements
Compensation
Daily Per Diem: $120 (Paid daily, 7 days a week); Retention Bonus: $5.00 per hour
