Sheridan St. is looking for a commission-only Appointment Setter to work directly with our elite closers. In this remote role, you’ll use a psychology-based communication framework to contact warm inbound leads and re-engage existing prospects, building micro-connections to secure high-quality appointments.
What You'll Do
- Contact warm inbound leads
- Re-engage prospects who have already expressed interest
- Build micro-connections using psychology, empathy, and curiosity
- Qualify prospects using a structured, proven framework
- Fill the closer’s calendar with HIGH-quality opportunities
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Confirm appointments to ensure a high show rate
- Re-engage older leads using psychology-driven scripts
- Log all communication in the CRM
- Communicate daily with closers
- Participate in training and roleplays
- Maintain a positive, growth-oriented attitude
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills
- Coachability and a willingness to learn
- High emotional intelligence
- Ability to work a minimum of 10+ hours per week
- Consistency in performance and process
- Integrity—you must follow the established process
- Genuine interest in psychology-based sales
- Note: Hunger, consistency, and coachability matter more than prior experience
