eCom Babes was looking for an Appointment Setter (Remote - Full Time)

eCom Babes is hiring an experienced Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team. In this phone-based role, you will call warm inbound leads, qualify their buying intent, and book high-quality sales calls for our high-ticket coaching and consulting programs. You will be responsible for managing the top of the sales funnel and hitting key booking and show-up targets.

What You'll Do

  • Call and follow up with warm inbound leads, with no cold calling required.
  • Ask targeted qualifying questions to identify buying intent and client fit.
  • Book sales calls directly into the closers’ calendar.
  • Manage your pipeline in the CRM, including scheduling follow-ups and performing pipeline clean-up.
  • Re-engage old leads and no-shows via phone and voice note.
  • Track your metrics and report on booking and show-up performance.
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity and call volume targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a phone-based appointment setter or SDR.
  • Proven success setting qualified calls for coaching, consulting, or digital programs.
  • Excellent spoken English and a clear, professional phone presence.
  • Strong CRM hygiene and organizational skills.
  • Reliable availability during core U.S. business hours (EST/PST).
  • A self-managed, professional, and results-accountable work style.
  • Comfort with a high-volume calling environment.

Benefits & Compensation

  • $4,000/month base salary.
  • A fully remote, long-term role.
