Lytegen is hiring a disciplined Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads for the US residential solar market. This role is focused 100% on execution, requiring you to make high-volume outbound calls, follow a strict script, and book appointments accurately.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to US homeowners
- Follow approved scripts word-for-word
- Identify qualified prospects based on clear criteria
- Book appointments accurately into the system
- Apply correct call dispositions every time
- Maintain call quality and compliance standards
- Hit daily and weekly call and booking targets
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken English with a neutral or clear US-understandable accent
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Ability to speak confidently and control the call
- High attention to detail for data entry and dispositions
- Strong work ethic and consistency
- Ability to work US business hours
