Paired is looking for an Appointment Setter to support our US advertising agency client’s financial advisors by generating and qualifying leads. This is a performance-based sales role for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to meeting daily and weekly targets.
What You'll Do
- Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to set appointments with prospective clients for financial advisors.
- Qualify incoming leads from Facebook advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with client criteria.
- Maintain an organized calendar and daily schedule to maximize appointment booking efficiency.
- Accurately track interactions and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or call-based outreach.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and self-motivation in a performance-based or commission-driven sales environment.
- Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
- Comfortable working independently and in a remote environment.
