Dental Media Corp is hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to join our dental marketing team. In this high-volume, high-reward Sales Development Representative role, you will convert warm, qualified leads into booked appointments for our dental practice partners. You’ll work fully remote on Canadian hours, focusing on phone-based outreach and strategy.
What You'll Do
- Make 100-140+ outbound calls daily to warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Convert interested prospects into booked appointments for dental practice partners.
- Follow up persistently and strategically with leads through multiple touchpoints.
- Navigate objections with confidence and professionalism to secure commitments.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system and track all interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar results-driven role.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive on the phone in a high-volume calling environment.
