Scale Army is looking for an Appointment Setter to manage the top of the sales funnel by engaging with leads, following up, and ensuring qualified appointments are set for the sales team. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to make an impact in a growing business.
What You'll Do
- Handle and grow the top of the sales funnel by engaging with leads through follow-up messaging.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and ask qualifying questions to ensure the lead is a good fit.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring high show-up rates and optimized conversions.
- Maintain a healthy and active pipeline of leads, regularly following up to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and feedback regarding lead quality and appointment outcomes.
- Send email follow-ups to ensure leads remain engaged and confirm appointments.
- May be required to handle inbound calls from leads, qualify them, and set appointments.

Nice to Have
- 2+ years experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools is desirable.
- Dog training or behavior experience is not required but preferred and helpful.
