About the Role

The role involves leveraging machine learning, statistical analysis, and product insights to identify key drivers of customer growth and scalability. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to build systems that enhance user engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to optimize customer lifecycle stages
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to measure product and marketing initiatives
  • Identify behavioral patterns in user data to inform growth strategies
  • Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and success criteria
  • Build scalable data pipelines for real-time decision-making
  • Translate business questions into quantitative research projects
  • Evaluate customer segmentation approaches to improve targeting
  • Use statistical methods to infer causality from observational data
  • Partner with engineers to integrate models into production systems
  • Monitor model performance and recommend updates or iterations
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover growth opportunities
  • Assess impact of pricing and incentive structures on user behavior
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholder visibility
  • Apply natural language processing to customer feedback when relevant
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across analytical systems
  • Balance short-term growth tactics with long-term customer value
  • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Stay current with advancements in machine learning and econometrics
  • Support roadmap planning with data-backed recommendations
  • Maintain documentation for models and experiments
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and data engineering
  • Prioritize initiatives based on potential business impact
  • Evaluate retention and churn using cohort and survival analysis
  • Contribute to ethical AI practices in customer-facing systems
  • Use causal inference techniques to assess intervention effectiveness

Nice to Have

  • PhD in a quantitative discipline
