As an Applications Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing enterprise-wide systems that support critical business operations across Europe. Working within a hybrid setup, you'll split your time between on-site and remote environments, ensuring consistent system performance and alignment with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and define system requirements for Oracle EBS R12 across departments such as Sales, Logistics, Inventory, Quality, HR, and Regulatory, ensuring solutions meet operational needs.
- Oversee Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, including setup, integration, and coordination with external providers to support seamless order and invoice exchange across EU customer groups.
- Translate business requests into clear technical specifications using a ticketing system, enabling efficient development workflows.
- Support agile practices by tracking progress and maintaining alignment through SCRUM-based methods.
- Develop and deliver training programs for new tools and system updates, creating clear, accessible documentation for end users.
- Lead the deployment of systems at new international sites, ensuring smooth rollouts and consistent configurations.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and support ongoing operational needs as they arise.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least five years of experience in systems analysis, design, and user training.
- Proven background with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and EDI implementations, particularly within European regulatory and technical frameworks.
- Strong technical skills in SQL and the ability to interpret PL/SQL code for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is beneficial but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with EDI platforms such as CLEO or Liaison Suite.
- Familiarity with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS).
