Responsibilities
- Offer advanced technical assistance to clients, sales teams, and operational stakeholders
- Visit sites to gather operational data, conduct inspections, and support product performance evaluations
- Help resolve product issues and support investigations into product failures
- Create technical reports, presentations, and product case studies
- Aid in the development of new and enhanced products through customer data collection and reverse engineering, including 3D scanning and site measurements
- Develop concept CAD models and engineering drawings to meet project needs
- Assist in creating product specifications, bill of materials, technical documentation, and maintenance manuals
- Support testing activities, product validation, and regional product trials
- Review client specifications and convey technical requirements to Senior Design Engineers
- Support design reviews, interface checks, and safety-in-design requirements
- Assist with project execution activities and ensure engineering tasks are completed on schedule
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation opportunities identified through customer feedback and market trends
- Track customer activity, product performance, and market trends
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety requirements, and quality systems
- Support the release and control of technical documentation and intellectual property
- Assist with the implementation of new or updated product designs
