Comtech LLC is hiring an Application Support Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of production support analysts handling user-reported incidents and change requests
  • Serve as a communication bridge among end users, project teams, management, and external vendors
  • Diagnose and resolve live production system issues promptly
  • Guide the adoption of processes that enhance continuous delivery performance
  • Manage project scope from initiation through change control and verification
  • Oversee project cost elements including resource planning, budgeting, and cost control
  • Ensure project quality through planning, assurance, and monitoring activities
  • Handle human resource aspects such as team structuring, staffing, and development
  • Plan and manage internal and external communications across project stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project performance and formalize administrative closure
  • Identify and analyze risks, then develop response and mitigation strategies
  • Create and maintain project documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify automation opportunities and optimize current business processes
  • Evaluate integration potential between legacy systems and new platforms
  • Lead and supervise special projects assigned on an as-needed basis
  • Synthesize contradictory or complex information to support sound decision-making
  • Drive proposal development and submission efforts for new opportunities
