Cubic³ is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Application Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent technical support and customer service as part of our Level 2 support, working within a fast-paced and highly flexible environment.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with support and development teams to resolve application and system issues.
- Design and maintain expertise in the flow of application processes and systems.
- Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates, and perform root cause analysis.
- Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services pro-actively.
- Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts in engineering and customer support departments.
- Organize and implement small to medium-sized projects and assist with processes under the guidance of Software Engineers.
- Perform root cause assessment and debug issues on the server domain and application availability.
- Coordinate with the test department to assist in releases and deployments to various environments and production.
- Provide support, identify issues, and prepare appropriate documentation for all issues and solutions.
- Manage all production systems, recommend ways to optimize performance, provide solutions to problems, and prepare reports.
- Identify and provide resolutions ranging in complexity from medium to high.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of Microsoft IIS.
- Knowledge of database technologies, specifically Microsoft SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of IT hardware and software.
- Ability to learn and master employer-specific software.

- Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
- Demonstrable ability to learn technical information, processes, and applications quickly.

Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure.
- Experience using tools like Postman to create and save simple and complex HTTP/s requests.
- A degree-level qualification in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts, preferably C#.
- Experience in building effective relationships with development teams and clients.
