Role Overview
This position is for a skilled Application Support Engineer who can effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues across applications and systems. You will play a key role in maintaining service reliability and supporting internal teams through incident resolution, deployment coordination, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents
- Gain in-depth understanding of application workflows and system integrations
- Respond to and resolve application-related incidents, providing timely updates and conducting root cause investigations
- Monitor system alerts and take proactive steps to prevent disruptions
- Support testing and deployment activities across development, staging, and production environments
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and process improvements
- Lead small to medium-sized projects under the guidance of senior engineers
- Analyze server-level problems affecting application performance and availability
- Identify, triage, and resolve technical challenges ranging from moderate to high complexity
- Propose improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft IIS and SQL Server environments
- Solid understanding of IT systems, both hardware and software components
- Proven ability to quickly learn proprietary tools and technical processes
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and solving complex technical problems
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a growing organization
- Demonstrated adaptability and initiative in resolving technical challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure
- Proficiency using Postman for API testing and request automation
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, especially in C#
- Track record of building strong working relationships with engineering teams and clients

Work Arrangement
New team members are expected to work on-site full-time during the initial six-month period. After successful completion of probation, employees may take advantage of a flexible hybrid model allowing up to eight remote workdays per month, based on performance and operational requirements.
