Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support for company products to meet customer needs pre- and post-sales.
- Prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions in alignment with manufacturer-stated specifications.
- Provide onsite application support for instruments to advance healthcare and patient support and achieve client delight.
- Interact with service professionals and other cross-functional teams critical to the role.
- Manage customer relationships, specifically with directly assigned accounts, by adhering to field service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Independently handle one or more product groups such as Immunoassay Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer, or Chemistry Analyzer with prompt expert support.
- Identify application vs. service issues and collaborate to resolve them.
- Prioritize customer needs.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other functions to achieve client delight.

Structure: Part of a regional customer support team focused on application support in Western India.. Reports to: Regional Application Manager - West
Additional Information
- Position is fully remote but requires coverage of Pune and the rest of Maharashtra.
- Must be able to travel across South India.
- Requires flexibility in working hours.
- Candidate must have good knowledge of MS Office and Teams.
- Role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including service professionals.
- Emphasis on adhering to field service policies, procedures, and standards.
