Company is looking for an Application Specialist I to provide technical and application support for our FW and Water Solution products. In this role, you will be the frontline expert, ensuring our customers can effectively operate and maintain their water treatment and laundry systems.
What You'll Do
- Support FW and Water Solution Applications.
- Conduct comprehensive customer training sessions.
- Perform troubleshooting for water treatment and laundry systems.
- Provide support for the implementation of new innovations.
- Assist with product launch activities.
- Handle dispensers forecasting and provide ongoing support.
- Perform new laundry and water treatment setup installations.
- Prepare and submit regular reporting.
