What You'll DoLead technical initiatives in yeast physiology and fermentation performance for industrial applications in fuel ethanol and potable alcohol. Design and conduct bench- and pilot-scale fermentation studies to evaluate process efficiency, yield, and product performance. Translate experimental results into actionable insights for internal teams and external partners.
Direct customer trials from planning through execution, including on-site support and post-trial analysis. Deliver clear technical reports and presentations to audiences across research, business, and sales functions. Support the full lifecycle of product development—from concept to commercialization—with a focus on application testing, scale-up guidance, and post-launch technical follow-up.
Collaborate with global teams across disciplines to advance technology and meet customer objectives. Mentor junior scientists and technicians to strengthen lab-wide expertise in fermentation and analytical methods.
