Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking an Application Lead to take full ownership of our ServiceNow Order Management platform. This is a strategic, remote-first role where you will shape the roadmap and future-proof a critical system in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and define the roadmap for ServiceNow Order Management, aligning platform development with strategic business goals.
- Design and implement optimised workflows to improve Order-to-Cash efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Champion adoption and engagement across teams, ensuring ServiceNow is fully embedded into operational excellence.
- Act as a key liaison between business, technology, and partners to translate needs into scalable, practical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and future enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Order Management, or comparable platforms such as Salesforce OMS or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of the full Order-to-Cash cycle, ideally in managed services or complex operations.
- Hands-on expertise in platform administration, configuration, and release management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on automation, APIs, RPA, and emerging AI tools.
