Responsibilities
- Determine product and service specifications according to customer requirements and thermoplastic hose use cases
- Deliver technical training sessions for customers and internal teams
- Provide engineering support for resolving quality claims and performance-related issues
- Answer technical inquiries and suggest product or process enhancements
- Maintain accurate records of product performance through data gathering and evaluation
- Contribute customer and market insights to drive product innovation and development
- Lead and assist customer-specific initiatives in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
- Utilize engineering tools to assess product requirements and recommend design improvements
- Collaborate closely with other business units and central departments across the organization
