Responsibilities

- Provide technical documentation and data to support product use
- Support new product development with application-focused insights
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment performance
- Deliver training and technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze field data to improve product effectiveness
- Work with cross-functional teams on compliance and certification processes
- Assist in validating product performance under real-world conditions
- Communicate technical specifications to non-engineering audiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Support sales teams with engineering expertise during customer engagements
- Evaluate emerging technologies for integration into protective solutions
- Participate in root cause analysis for product-related incidents
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with safety protocols
