Gainwell Technologies is looking for an Application Designer (BOT Developer) to harness technology to help clients improve health and well-being. This role focuses on product development and does not involve access to PHI/PII.

What You'll Do

Build intelligent bots using Kore.AI and other platforms, ensuring robust lifecycle management
Implement voice bot solutions integrated with Genesys/CXOne for superior customer engagement
Deploy and manage solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and security
Debug, monitor, and optimize bot performance for reliability and efficiency
Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support for deployed solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/ADO

What We're Looking For

Experience in Bot Development, preferably with Kore.AI
Bot Lifecycle Management experience is mandatory
Experience with Voice Bot/Telephony Integration (Genesys/CXOne) is required
Mandatory experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and Web Services

Nice to Have

Additional languages: Python, JSON, HTML/CSS, XML
Experience with alternative bot platforms: Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework, Rasa
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test case development
