Gainwell Technologies is looking for an Application Designer (BOT Developer) to harness technology to help clients improve health and well-being. This role focuses on product development and does not involve access to PHI/PII.
What You'll Do
- Build intelligent bots using Kore.AI and other platforms, ensuring robust lifecycle management
- Implement voice bot solutions integrated with Genesys/CXOne for superior customer engagement
- Deploy and manage solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and security
- Debug, monitor, and optimize bot performance for reliability and efficiency
- Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support for deployed solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/ADO
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Bot Development, preferably with Kore.AI
- Bot Lifecycle Management experience is mandatory
- Experience with Voice Bot/Telephony Integration (Genesys/CXOne) is required
- Mandatory experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and Web Services
Nice to Have
- Additional languages: Python, JSON, HTML/CSS, XML
- Experience with alternative bot platforms: Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework, Rasa
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test case development
