Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing the full apparel production cycle across global direct-to-consumer and Amazon sales channels. You will ensure seamless execution from purchase order initiation through to final shipment, maintaining alignment across international vendors, fulfillment partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production workflows, including PO release, bulk manufacturing, and delivery coordination
- Develop and maintain production schedules for DTC and Amazon programs
- Monitor work-in-progress status, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions
- Convert sales projections into actionable production timelines and volume plans
- Ensure accuracy in cost tracking, delivery dates, and production commitments
- Build and manage relationships with overseas suppliers across Asia, Africa, and other sourcing regions
- Oversee vendor capacity, pricing consistency, and performance metrics
- Enforce compliance with pre-production, top-of-production, and final inspection protocols
- Address quality concerns, supply chain disruptions, and compliance risks proactively
- Meet Amazon-specific requirements for packaging, labeling, bundling, and hard-pack configurations
- Support complex packaging setups, including multi-component bundles
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and fulfillment centers to align with launch timelines
- Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Planning teams
- Deliver regular production updates and WIP reporting to stakeholders
- Use Slack and Asana to maintain clear, real-time communication across functions
- Ensure operational continuity from product handoff to final shipment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex apparel production workflows with precision
- Proven track record managing international manufacturing partners, especially in Asia and Africa
- Experience translating forecast data into production strategies
- Strong background in vendor oversight and outsourced production coordination
- Familiarity with PP, TOP, and final inspection standards
- History of resolving production delays and minimizing quality risks
- Direct experience supporting Amazon Marketplace production, including packaging and labeling compliance
- Working knowledge of 3PL and fulfillment partner coordination
- Effective collaborator across cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, QA, and Logistics
- Proficient in Slack and project management platforms such as Asana
Work Environment
This is a remote position open to candidates in LATAM. Work is conducted Monday through Friday during standard business hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), with an expectation of eight productive hours per day. The role requires coordination across global time zones and integration within a distributed team structure.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 USD, commensurate with experience. This role does not include equity or additional benefits.
