We have multiple opportunities for experienced Design Managers with strong engineering backgrounds and proven delivery experience across any of these business areas. You can be based in any of our key offices including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. How you’ll make a difference - Lead the design delivery of complex transport infrastructure projects from concept to IFC - Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage interfaces across rail, road, bridges and structures - Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders and provide clear communication on progress and risks - Champion design governance, safety in design, compliance and digital engineering standards - Manage project scope, timeframes, budgets and quality outcomes - Mentor and grow our next generation of engineers and technical specialists
