Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Support business development through proposal contributions and client engagement
- Ensure integration of sustainability principles in design solutions
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team capability development
- Facilitate design reviews and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with engineering and technical specialists across disciplines
- Manage changes to project scope and documentation

- Maintain awareness of regulatory and policy developments
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes
- Support project financial management and budget tracking
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental considerations are embedded
