About the Role

The role involves managing design delivery for complex projects, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards across transportation, urban development, and environmental sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of design phases for infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations
  • Oversee technical design accuracy and compliance with applicable standards
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support business development through proposal contributions and client engagement
  • Ensure integration of sustainability principles in design solutions
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team capability development
  • Facilitate design reviews and quality assurance processes
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical specialists across disciplines
  • Manage changes to project scope and documentation
  • Promote innovation in design methodologies and digital tools
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory and policy developments
  • Drive continuous improvement in design processes
  • Support project financial management and budget tracking
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental considerations are embedded
  • Work closely with construction and delivery teams
  • Represent the organization in professional forums and client meetings
  • Contribute to post-project evaluations and lessons learned
