Anthology is hiring a Senior IT Reporting Analyst I to play a key role in designing, migrating, and programming our data platforms. You will create information solutions and provide technical leadership for data-related projects, serving our higher education partners.
What You'll Do
- Work with various databases, leading the design and migration efforts for these platforms.
- Create information solutions covering data security, privacy, metadata management, and multi-tenancy.
- Provide technical leadership to project teams, guiding activities from design to deployment and resolving technical issues.
- Review and assist in resolving escalations from business stakeholders.
- Provide best practice recommendations and help customers solve data migration challenges.
- Proactively identify challenges and communicate suggestions to stakeholders.
- Ensure delivered data matches source data and strive for consistent, quality results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop ETL processes.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent customer service and client engagement skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience working for Higher Education institutions.
- Proficiency with SQL scripting and solid knowledge of SQL Server, including complex stored procedures, views, and other SQL objects.
- Ability to analyze complex SQL output and a deep understanding of database debugging.
- Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SSRS and PowerBI.
- Ability to travel occasionally and work extra hours as needed.

Benefits & Compensation
- The expected hiring range for this role is $86,900 - $100,000.
