Black Rifle Coffee Company is hiring an Analytics Engineer to serve as a key individual contributor on our data team. You will leverage your skills in data engineering, SQL, and visualization to support high-impact business projects, delivering actionable insights that enhance decision-making, drive growth, and increase efficiency. What You'll Do

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic questions into data projects with clear objectives and measurable impact.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines.
Model and transform data using DBT, ensuring high data quality and performance across systems.
Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings and influence data-driven decisions.
Work closely with Marketing, Social Media, and eCommerce teams to align on data initiatives.
Identify areas for automation and optimization using predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Serve as a thought partner to the Director of Data & AI in shaping the data roadmap.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in a data engineering or analytics-focused role.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
Experience with DBT and modern data stack tools.
Proven experience creating data visualizations for leadership teams.
Strong understanding of business KPIs and how to translate technical solutions into business value.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills—able to work independently in ambiguous environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
