Mondelēz International is hiring an Analyst, Warehousing & Logistics Operations Management to execute warehouse operations with a focus on service, cost, health and safety, and compliance. In this role, you will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure effective management and timely solutions, supporting the company's mission to Lead the Future of Snacking.
What You'll Do
- Review and analyze stock inaccuracies to guarantee accurate stock alignment between the warehouse management system and SAP.
- Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance, and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures.
- Work with service providers to ensure delivery to trading partners meets punctuality and completeness requirements, adhering to quality and HACCP guidelines.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure proper shelf-life monitoring and management.
- Support the reduction of write-offs and constantly look for opportunities to improve productivities.
- Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, particularly for continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management.
- Build and provide full-cost analysis for the yearly budget, including risks and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or a supply chain function.
