Responsibilities
- Examine discrepancies in inventory records and ensure consistent stock data between SAP and the warehouse management system using input from relevant parties.
- Evaluate capacity usage, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions when targets are unmet or excess capacity exists.
- Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure timely and complete deliveries in compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, co-packing, storage, and distribution processes to manage product shelf life, minimize write-offs, and identify productivity improvements.
- Carry out project-specific and on-demand assignments, especially related to continuous improvement initiatives, procurement tenders, and peak period planning.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive cost assessments, including annual budgets, risk evaluations, and opportunity analyses.
