Collins Aerospace, part of RTX Corporation, is seeking an Analyst, Supplier Quality & Development to join our team. In this remote role, you will ensure supplier compliance by reviewing documentation and manufacturing process data. You will also support continuous improvement and project management activities as part of our mission.
What You'll Do
- Review and monitor supplier compliance to standards including First Article Inspections (AS9102), Process Control Methods (AS13100, AS13006), and Quality Management Systems (AS9100).
- Document and report findings against Quality Standards and specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T.
- Review and approve FAIR packages, Gage Suitability packages, and Process Control (PPAP) packages.
- Perform basic statistical analysis using Minitab to evaluate Process Control data for Key Characteristics.
- Review Process Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, PFMEAs, and Process flow maps.
- Attend and participate in group meetings, teleconferences, and training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parties within and outside of your team.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives using CORE tools and support AS9100 efforts, with the goal of obtaining CORE certifications.
- Support project management activities.
- Perform QMS audits.
- Support other duties and functions based on business needs.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Residency in Puerto Rico.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to specific timetables.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
