Forward Financing is looking for an Analyst, Sales Operations to provide analytics and reporting that powers sales department success. In this role, you'll investigate and implement opportunities for increased efficiency and revenue growth while collaborating cross-functionally to drive our mission of financial opportunity for underserved small businesses.
What You'll Do
- Monitor sales performance data and trends, sharing insights with sales leaders to direct focus and strategies.
- Analyze and communicate larger sales performance trends, strategic insights, and forecasts to leadership and stakeholders monthly.
- Create capacity plans to ensure enough resources meet volume demands.
- Serve as the bridge between the Sales Department and other functions to collaborate on key business-driving initiatives.
- Analyze the health and progression of the sales pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and ensure effective lead management.
- Support sales pilot programs from a testing and data perspective to draw data-backed conclusions on effectiveness.
- Update the Presidents Club Leaderboard, compile annual awards data, administer Sales SPIFs, and submit monthly incentives and contest compensation.
- Update Salesforce as needed to support the Sales team.
- Perform in-depth sales analysis and leverage findings to optimize sales effectiveness, productivity, and overall business performance.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, sales operations, consulting, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested IF statements, index match, etc.), PowerPoint, and other related tools.
- Proficient with CRM systems.
- Proficient with common analytics and BI tools such as Tableau.
- Experience evaluating unique problems, collaboratively creating solutions, drafting project plans, and delivering effective new business processes.
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter, confident, with strong attention to detail and an ability to apply your analytical mind to solving problems.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Admin Certification.
- Tableau Certification and SQL experience.

This role operates on a hybrid work model and is open to candidates based in the United States, Dominican Republic, or Canada.
