Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive AR strategy including analyst landscape assessment, tiered prioritization framework, and engagement playbook — delivered within the first 30 days.
- Own KLAS optimization end-to-end: own customer outreach and invitations for research, coordinate cross-functional inputs across Marketing, Care Transformation, Product, and Sales, and develop proactive engagement with the KLAS research team on emerging sub-categories.
- Initiate and manage relationships with priority analyst firms beyond KLAS, establishing a quarterly briefing cadence and positioning Ambience for inclusion in relevant market reports.
- Serve as the internal hub for all analyst-related communications — routing inquiries, aligning stakeholders, and building the cross-functional coordination model that makes AR sustainable.
- Partner with BizOps to integrate analyst insights into monthly business reviews, connecting AR activity to measurable outcomes like pipeline influence, win rates, and RFP citations.
- Enable Sales and Marketing with analyst-sourced positioning tools, competitive intelligence, and market research.
- Build an AR playbook and competitive intelligence dashboard for ongoing team enablement.
