John Deere US | Products & Services Information is hiring an Analyst for PLD/FT and Fraud Prevention to be based at the John Deere Bank in Indaiatuba/SP. In this strategic role, you will strengthen governance processes for Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, and Fraud Prevention, ensuring adherence to BACEN, CVM, and COAF regulations.
What You'll Do
- Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and governance for PLD/FT and Fraud Prevention.
- Monitor and interpret applicable regulations, translating requirements into practical actions and process improvements.
- Conduct PLD/FT analyses for new products, credit operations (KYC), suppliers (KYS), and business partners (KYP).
- Prepare dossiers and reports on suspicious cases, including communications to COAF when applicable.
- Autonomously analyze, review, and handle registration and transactional alerts, and parameterize monitoring rules.
- Interpret and implement improvements from internal and external audits and regulatory findings.
- Support the structuring and improvement of Fraud Prevention controls, analyzing events, indicators, and risks.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary working groups and participate in International Risk Committees.
- Support training and the dissemination of PLD/FT and Fraud Prevention culture across internal teams and partners.
What We're Looking For
- Complete degree in Law, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Solid experience in PLD/FT, Fraud Prevention, Governance, Compliance, or related areas.
- Advanced knowledge of applicable regulations (BACEN, CVM, COAF).
- Experience with monitoring system parameterization and analysis of registration, transactional, and fraud alerts.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, and technical reports.
- Background in risk analysis, fraud typologies and events, with consultative experience in control definition.
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present analyses and results clearly.
- Analytical capacity, systemic vision, critical sense, and autonomy for technical decision-making.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week onsite) in Indaiatuba/SP.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in PLD/FT.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in Fraud Prevention.
- Experience in process improvement projects and defining effectiveness indicators.
- Fluent English, with the ability to participate in International Committees and report critical cases.
