What You'll Do
Respond to employee inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Use the HR knowledge base to deliver consistent support and guide employees and managers to self-service resources. Maintain up-to-date records in HRIS platforms across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Handle personnel documentation with care and confidentiality, applying sound judgment when managing sensitive data. Work with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate issues appropriately. Share insights that contribute to smoother workflows and improved service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proven ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused mindset
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office and fast, accurate typing
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently and on time
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional language skills in French, Spanish, Arabic, or Hebrew
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline
- Prior experience in HR operations or a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with HR systems and workplace policies
