About the Role
This position supports day-to-day operations by analyzing data, generating reports, and assisting with process optimization to enhance overall efficiency and client service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify performance trends
- Generate regular reports for team and management review
- Assist in monitoring service level agreements and performance metrics
- Support process improvement initiatives across operational workflows
- Coordinate communication between teams for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities
- Respond to internal requests for operational information
- Help onboard new clients and transition service components
- Track key performance indicators and highlight areas for improvement
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews
- Assist with scheduling and organizing team tasks
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest solutions
- Ensure data integrity across operational systems
- Support training efforts for new team members
- Collaborate on special projects related to service delivery
- Provide backup support during team absences
- Update dashboards with current operational metrics
- Follow established protocols for data security and confidentiality
- Work with vendors to gather necessary operational inputs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools
- Assist in preparing materials for client meetings
- Monitor ticketing systems for timely resolution
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate personnel
- Maintain calendar of operational deadlines and milestones
- Support change management processes during system updates
