About the Role

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for an Analyst-Operations Support to play a key role in supporting operations by managing capacity and applying process expertise. In this role, you will first undergo enhanced onboarding and multi-skilling training as part of our Business Continuity planning, then be deployed directly into a critical operations team. You'll balance customer service with administrative, system-driven tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Issue purchase orders within contract maximum spend values.
  • Update functional systems used in the group.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for progress updates and highlighting of issues.
  • Update third-party systems with compliance documents.
  • Manage subcontractors carrying out requests including all associated documentation.
  • Document review, including collation, distribution, and filing according to policies and procedures.
  • Handle queries from customers, clients, and engineers related to outstanding and ongoing requests.
  • Liaise with different internal and external groups through e-mail and phone calls.
  • Assist and support customers, clients, and stakeholders in the logical troubleshooting of workflow issues impacting their requests.
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship within the team.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer functions within MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and time management.
  • Must be flexible to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including potential schedule rotations or changes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in operations focused on customer service, technical support, or back-office work.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
