Scotiabank is hiring a Senior Analyst to join our Asset Management Operations team. In this role, you will provide essential fund administration services and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives within a purpose-driven, high-performing culture.
What You'll Do
- Provide daily NAV oversight for mutual funds, private funds, and ETFs, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected in the NAV performance.
- Conduct reconciliation and review processes for NAV calculations.
- Manage cash activities and performance calculations.
- Calculate and validate fund fees.
- Support relationship management as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within Asset Management Operations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in fund administration, NAV oversight, and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, private funds, and ETFs.
- Expertise in cash management and fee calculation processes.
- Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert in operational areas.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective relationship management.
