Visa is hiring an Analyst, Implementation Services to serve as the Visa Project Manager for client implementation services across the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will lead and execute high-quality project management to ensure client expectations are met, coordinating directly with clients and representing their needs internally.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute high-quality project management support to Visa clients and processors to ensure expectations are met within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate directly with clients to analyze card program setup and endpoint requirements for implementing Visa products and services.
- Confidently manage multiple client projects concurrently alongside product developments.
- Build and enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate complex, technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner.
- Leverage expertise in APIs and infrastructure design to deliver client-facing support for seamless product integration.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, risk/mitigation plans, status reports, and issues logs.
- Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations.
- Be an active contributor in a high-performing, supportive, and inclusive team culture.
- Create effective functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be accountable for delivering agreed objectives and responsible for your own workflow assignments.
- Coordinate internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a customer support role in financial services, payment card, software, or information services.
- Understanding of digital payments and web-based technology including HTML, web-based service APIs, JSON, XML.
- The ability to successfully manage competing priorities while serving as a positive influence across the organization.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical terms into business language.
- Ability to speak/write Japanese language is a requirement.
