FrieslandCampina Ingredients is hiring a Junior Marketing Manager to support brand management for the Frico brand in the German market. In this role, you will help build strategic brand plans, conduct deep market analysis, and create compelling commercial content to drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Support the brand manager in building a 360-degree brand plan based on product, price, promotion, and placement, working closely with sales and finance teams.
- Support the brand manager in the operational management of the Frico brand.
- Perform ongoing customer and market deep-dives to identify key opportunities for Frico per customer.
- Translate customer and shopper data into actionable insights and appealing selling stories to support sales in customer meetings.
- Support sales teams in preparing selling stories to grow the Frico business at key accounts.
- Take an active part in Private Label capabilities development and roll out new ways-of-working to unlock the full category potential for cheese and white dairy.
- Build commercial content to support decision-making for both branded and Private Label business.
