Gong.io is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to scale paid social programs across LinkedIn and Meta. As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, this role reports to the Director of Growth and drives inbound growth—capturing new leads, generating pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and unlocking growth across priority business segments.
What You'll Do
- Own paid social strategy across LinkedIn and Meta, setting clear objectives, segmentation, and full-funnel approach aligned to topline growth goals
- Guide agency partners on campaign structure, experimentation roadmaps, messaging, creative direction, and stage-based offers
- Work closely with segment teams to turn account and expansion strategies into targeted paid social campaigns
- Partner on audience targeting, messaging, and campaign execution to engage high-value prospects and customers
- Design and lead test-and-learn programs across audiences, funnel stages, and creative frameworks; synthesize learnings into clear recommendations
- Own reporting and analytics for paid social, including pipeline contribution, conversion velocity, ROAS, and stage-level performance
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance frameworks that provide clear visibility into results and inform budget and strategy decisions
- Deliver regular performance readouts and strategic insights to Growth leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, tying results to business impact
- Stay ahead of platform, targeting, and measurement innovations to continuously evolve strategy and unlock new growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of B2B digital marketing experience
- Hands-on ownership of paid social programs in a fast-paced SaaS or high-growth environment
- Ability to tailor strategies, goals, and investment approaches by business segment, including enterprise and ABM-focused motions
- Experience owning reporting and measurement, using performance data to inform strategy, experimentation, and investment decisions with clear, actionable insights
- Ability to work effectively with agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders
- Working proficiency with account-based, marketing, and analytics platforms, including Demandbase or 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
