Responsibilities
- Exercise strong independent judgment in daily tasks and decision-making
- Serve as the main point of contact to maintain up-to-date and precise lease administration records
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary lease agreements and documentation
- Oversee document processing workflows to meet team deadlines efficiently
- Produce monthly reports including key date tracking and portfolio summaries with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct audits of work performed by Lease Administration teams to ensure quality and consistency
- Perform operational expense reconciliations for clients and update relevant systems accordingly
- Collaborate with other Lease Administration teams to ensure accurate and timely task completion
- Support onboarding of new client accounts, including audit procedures and process validation
- Collect and assess landlord invoices to verify compliance with lease terms
- Produce accounts payable reports and prepare payment documentation
- Carry out accounts receivable reporting duties
- Generate accounts receivable reports and follow up on overdue payments
- Approach all responsibilities with a focus on minimizing client costs
- Collect, monitor, and report on insurance certificates and security deposits as needed
- Maintain processes in line with internal and external compliance standards
- Prepare monthly client billing statements where applicable
- Lead ad hoc projects with clear progress updates and timely delivery
- Train new team members when necessary
